The application addresses common challenges such as delaying staff reviews and overlooking hard work, offering a centralized solution accessible from anywhere. The “Task-board” feature offers a real-time overview of restaurant progress, enabling managers to quickly assess operational status. Tasks can be created easily and assigned directly to team members, simplifying workflow management. The “Tasks” section allows for efficient tracking through filter options, with the ability to update task statuses by marking them as paused, in-progress, completed, blocked, or adding comments for clarity.

Detailed information on each task is accessible via the “Task detail” screen, providing comprehensive insights into individual assignments. Furthermore, individual profiles contain succinct yet informative views, allowing managers to manage personal information and monitor development effectively.

To ensure timely completion of duties, users can set personalized alerts for each task. This prevents delays caused by forgotten or neglected responsibilities, enabling staff to dedicate appropriate time and effort accordingly.
